Completed in 2019, this landmark development brings together sophisticated architecture, refined finishes and high-performance building solutions to create an exceptional customer experience.

Designed by Cottee Parker and constructed by John Holland, the project showcases a contemporary interior environment where transparency, durability and visual consistency are essential. Working alongside Queensland Glass, Alspec supplied a range of architectural aluminium systems that helped deliver the project’s polished and modern aesthetic.

A Cohesive Interior Solution

The internal spaces throughout Mercedes-Benz Brisbane were designed to reflect the prestige and innovation associated with the global automotive brand. Extensive glazed partitions and framing systems create open, light-filled environments while maintaining functional separation between showroom, customer and staff areas.

To achieve these design objectives, a suite of Alspec systems was incorporated throughout the project, including:

• Glazing Channel

These systems provided the flexibility required to deliver sleek architectural lines, expansive glazed sections and seamless transitions between interior spaces. Their combination of strength, versatility and clean aesthetics contributed to a sophisticated environment that complements the premium vehicle displays throughout the showroom.

Premium Finish for a Premium Environment

Further enhancing the project’s visual impact is the use of DURATEC Zeus Lunar Eclipse Satin (900-87734), applied by Alspec. The dark satin finish delivers a contemporary appearance that integrates seamlessly with the showroom’s interior design palette, offering both visual sophistication and long-term durability.

The finish helps create a consistent and refined architectural language across the internal glazing and framing elements, reinforcing the luxury positioning of the Mercedes-Benz brand.
