Designed by Quattro Architecture and built by S.L. Hodgson Builders, the project brings together a carefully selected suite of Alspec systems to deliver a sophisticated coastal home that is both practical and visually striking.

At the heart of the design was a commitment to creating comfortable, usable spaces that maximise the lifestyle benefits of the coastal location. To achieve this, the project incorporates a range of complementary Alspec products, providing consistency in appearance, durability and long-term performance throughout the property.

Creating Flexible Outdoor Living Spaces

A standout feature of the home is the installation of two Alushade™ Pergola Louvre Roof Systems, creating versatile outdoor entertaining areas that can be adapted to changing weather conditions throughout the year. The operable louvre roof systems allow occupants to control sunlight, shade and ventilation, extending the functionality of the outdoor spaces while maintaining a strong connection to the surrounding landscape.

The pergola structures are complemented by DuraSlat® Fencing, which provides privacy and architectural definition, while contributing to the clean contemporary aesthetic of the residence.

High-Performance Windows and Doors

Throughout the home, Carinya Residential Windows & Doors were selected to maximise natural light and create seamless transitions between interior and exterior spaces.

The glazing specification includes double-glazed Lightbridge TGH Clear glass, helping to enhance thermal performance and year-round comfort.

The inclusion of the EndurAl® Balustrade System further enhances the home’s contemporary character, delivering safety and durability while maintaining open sightlines.
