Groundbreaking Ceremony Marks New Era for the Alspec Industrial Business Park

Alspec proudly celebrated a major milestone today with the official groundbreaking ceremony for the first development within the Alspec Industrial Business Park—a visionary commercial estate set to redefine industrial infrastructure in Sydney’s rapidly growing western corridor.

The event marked the commencement of construction on COPE Sensitive Freight’s new warehouse facility, delivered in partnership with HB+B Property. This inaugural development signals the beginning of a transformative journey for the 147-hectare estate, designed to offer unmatched connectivity, cutting-edge infrastructure, and sustainable design excellence.

“This is more than a construction milestone—it’s the realisation of a bold vision for business growth, innovation, and sustainability,” said Paul Nakhle, Managing Director & CEO of Alspec. “We’re proud to see the first chapter of the Alspec Industrial Business Park come to life.”

A Premier Location for Progress

Strategically located in the logistics heart of New South Wales, the Alspec Industrial Business Park offers direct access to major transport routes, enabling seamless freight movement and operational efficiency. The estate is masterplanned to support a diverse range of commercial and industrial tenants, with flexible space options including high-clearance warehouses, large hardstand areas, and purpose-built facilities.

Infrastructure-Ready and Sustainability-Focused

With lead-in infrastructure—including high voltage power, potable water, and wastewater systems—scheduled for completion in Q3/Q4 2024, the estate is primed for rapid development. Sustainability is embedded throughout, with initiatives such as EV charging stations, water-sensitive urban design, and energy-efficient heating and cooling systems.

The park also integrates wellness and community into its design, featuring green spaces, landscaped courtyards, cycling paths, and shared amenities including a café and fitness facilities.

“Alspec Industrial Business Park is more than a place to do business—it’s a place to thrive,” said Nakhle. “We’re building a community that supports economic growth, environmental responsibility, and the wellbeing of everyone who works here.”

Looking Ahead

As construction begins, Alspec looks forward to welcoming future tenants and partners who share its commitment to excellence, innovation, and sustainability. With COPE Sensitive Freight leading the way, the estate is set to become one of Sydney’s most sought-after commercial precincts.
